Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. Her Pro Card was granted a year later at the age of the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She won her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was off the stage for six years to complete college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from her previous place of taking part in elite contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting new goals every year. She had already won four other fitness titles. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel had a long break when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her college degree. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show was a success and she placed third. In June of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for her Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. Ariel competed with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. She usually warms up first before moving onto the working sets. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time in the most efficient way feasible. The routine she does for her back is comprised of 3 or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
