Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is a fashion actor and model hailing American actor. Alongside the Road Trip role, he was also a part of The New Guy Hustle & Flow in addition to The Core. In addition, he has appeared on more than 22 shows on television including Breaking Bad Supernatural Scrubs Lost Law & Order and many more. Qualls survived Hodgkin's Lymphoma. The first time he was diagnosed when he turned 14 years of age. The cancer relapsed after two years. However, the initial treatment was very detrimental on his health, and slowed growth. Because he was a child of poverty, he wanted to attain financial stability. The interviewer said that because the way he lived was so shabby throughout his life, I needed financial stability to feel at ease. In a conversation, he also reflects on his growing up. He is determined to end the bullying. The cruelty inflicted on him breaks his heart. Both in real life and on film, DJ's character would love to play a father. However, he does admit that most directors do not cast him for those types of jobs. He'd like to be father one day so he can devote more time to his son as well as his professional.
